The 2008 Athens PopFest will announce its lineup Friday, May 23 but we’ve already made full festival passes available at a special pre-announcement price. Of course, this price will only last until May 23. This year’s Athens PopFest has expanded from its previous two-venue venture to a five-venue festival and the number of bands featured will be very close to 100.
This offer was made to previous attendees earlier this week (who managed to snag a good amount of them) and now we’re making them available to the general public. After Friday, May 23 the price goes up and if any are left by July 17 the price goes up again. This sale is for full-festival wristbands only. Individual day tickets will be sold later. The festival runs August 12-16 here in Athens, GA.
